Descriptions of each category are provided below, along with Word file applications for reference.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All nominations must be submitted via the online form<\/strong> with two nominators listed per submission. One of the nominators must be a member of your organization\u2019s Inclusion or HR team that oversees the ERG(s). Word file applications will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"erg-impact-award-categories\">ERG Impact Award Categories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"group-categories\">Group Categories<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The same ERG may not apply to multiple categories, with the exception of the ERG Collaboration category. ERGs may only apply to one of the following group categories: Business Impact, Community Impact, Workforce Impact, Workplace Culture Impact, or Trailblazer. The ERG Collaboration Category is the only exception where an ERG may submit another application (with another ERG) if they have already applied to one of the other group categories. We recommend prioritizing quality over quantity and selecting a category where the ERG had the greatest measurable impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"business-impact\">Business Impact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Groups nominated in this category have made a clear and significant contribution to their organization\u2019s business goals. An individual may apply to the ERG Leadership category or the Valued Partner category, but not both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"affinity-group-leadership\">ERG Leadership<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A candidate for the ERG Leadership Award is an individual whose resilience and determination have led to the creation, success and\/or turnaround of their ERG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples of exemplary leadership include, but are not limited to, a deep understanding of the organization\u2019s inclusion strategy and business goals; the ability to forge partnerships with other ERGs, business leaders, and external organizations to create meaningful impact; and the ability to influence multiple aspects of the organization\u2019s culture, business, workforce, and the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The category is not limited to only ERG Chairs.
