No password or pre-registration is necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <a href=\"\/?login-page=form\">Sign In<\/a>.<\/li><li>Enter your work email address.<\/li><li>You will receive an email with a temporary \u201cSign In\u201d link.<\/li><li>After opening that link, you\u2019ll be redirected and automatically signed in to Seramount.com.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Any email address will be accepted if it uses one of your organization\u2019s domain names (the part of your email address after the \u2018@\u2019 symbol). If your email address is not accepted, or if your organization uses additional domain names that you would like to authorize, please <a href=\"\/contact-us\">contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frequently asked questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is my organization a member?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Most members can be found in our <a href=\"\/what-we-do\/membership\/member-companies\/\">list of member organizations<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do I need to register myself or my colleagues in order to access member resources?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No, you do not need to register in advance. Any email address will be accepted if it uses one of your organization\u2019s domain names (the part of your email address after the \u2018@\u2019 symbol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I previously used diversitybestpractices.com. What changed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DiversityBestPractices.com recently migrated its database of resources to the newly launched Seramount.com. Within Seramount.com, we have built an easy-to-navigate member experience filled with all of the resources you&#8217;ve come to rely on with DBP membership. To get started within the new website experience, head to the <a href=\"\/reseach-insights\">Research and Insights<\/a> page for the latest research reports, insight papers, guides, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On the new Seramount.com, you will no longer use your existing DBP username and password<\/strong>. Instead, you and your colleagues will be able to sign in to Seramount.com using your organization-provided work email addresses. This allows for an easier sign-in process and avoids the need to distribute a password internally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I haven\u2019t received the email with my one-time link.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Try searching your inbox for an email from <strong>no-reply@seramount.com<\/strong><\/li><li>Try searching your spam or junk mail folder for an email from <strong>no-reply@seramount.com<\/strong><\/li><li>Reach out to your IT department to see if the message is stuck in quarantine.<\/li><li>If you still haven\u2019t received the email, <a href=\"\/contact-us\">contact us<\/a> for help.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201cSign In\u201d link in the email doesn\u2019t work.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you requested the Sign In email more than once, you may have received multiple emails with different links. Make sure you are using the link in the most recent email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My email address isn\u2019t recognized.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your email address is not recognized, your domain (the part of your email address after the \u2018@\u2019 symbol) may need to be approved first.
