Seramount is the result of the merger of Working Mother Media (WMM), Diversity Best Practices, Culture@Work, and the Working Mother Research Institute. Seramount will be one of the largest and most comprehensive providers of DEI services, already today serving more than 400 of the world\u2019s biggest and most well-known corporate brands across all industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subha V. Barry, a global leader in DEI, and former President of WMM and Global Head of DEI and Chief Diversity Officer at Merrill Lynch, has been named Seramount\u2019s CEO.
